TV review: Heated Rivalry (because hot men)

I am not crying you are crying

Suitable for all gender and sexual orientations, particularly mine.

After Pillion and Heartstopper earlier this year, I feel like my 2026 watchlist is now full of men having sex with each others. Because I do love a bit eye candy.

This Canadian, queer, romantic TV show about two hockey players might have been one of my fav shows this year. It’s not only well directed… it’s well written, perfectly casted, and above all, its message is one of those treasures you want to keep in your heart forever. I did cry, but you will cry too. Unless you have no soul, then there is nothing I can do to help.

Here is a review in case you wanted another opinion, but be aware I picked the review I liked best and most aligned with my own view because I am biased like that 🙂

Heated Rivalry: this queer Canadian hockey romp is so hot it threatens to scorch the ice it skates on

Trailer below as usual! (just one season, but green light for season two!!)
