Eavesdropping into someone’s conversation...
As you know, I like reviewing podcasts here and there (click here to see them all). This one is a little different, I would say less focus on sex and kink, and more focus on everything else!
Tell me about the podcast
The Receipts Podcast is currently hosted by YOUR GIRL TOLLY and JUST CALL ME AUDREY, thou it started with Tolani, Audrey, and Milena, a dynamic trio who dive into life’s messiest dilemmas, listener stories, and cultural moments.
The podcast began with ‘receipts,’ a metaphor for the proof and clues we uncover in life that reveal when a partner has cheated. This podcast is still ongoing and the two of them are still podcasting together.
Their mix of honesty, humour, and vibrant personalities keeps the conversations fresh and unfiltered. Oh, and every now and then, they burst into songs. Oh yes, they do that.

What does it say on the label?
The#TheReceiptsPodcast is a fun, honest podcast fronted by Tolly T & Audrey who are willing to talk about anything and everything. From relationships to situationships, to everyday life experiences, you can expect unadulterated chat with no filter.
Tell me how many episodes are there
The podcast has over 300 episodes, including their numbered main episodes and the “Your Receipts” spin-offs that focus on listener mail. And more to come every week.
Most of them are about 1 hour long, with a few almost being 2 hours in length. This makes them an easy background listen, almost like you are eavesdropping into someone’s conversation 🙂
Tell me your thoughts
This podcast is a whirlwind of energy and perspective. While their listener mail advice may not always be perfect, it’s undeniably entertaining and thought-provoking and their classic episodes cover all sort of topics.
It’s full of ambition, hope, and laughter, making it the perfect listen for when you need a mix of chaos and community.
They run some live events, which I have never attended but sounds like they would be a blast, and the original trio also wrote a book, Keep the Receipts: Three Women, Real Talk, No Filter by Tolani Shoneye, Milena Sanchez, Audrey Indome.
